This Natural Yirgacheffe is produced by Asfaw Maru, a smallholder in the Southern Nations, Nationalities, and Peoples’ Region. Asfaw owns and operates a 13 hectare farm with a capacity of 32000 lb of green coffee. This natural process micro-lot was grown organically and dried on raised beds for 15 days by Tesfaye Roba Dry Mill.
Although this coffee is very fruity, it is not highly acidic. The flavors are tied to the incredible amount of sweetness this coffee holds within and keeps it very balanced.
