This coffee is creamy, clean, and filled with sweetness.  A washed Colombia from the Santander region, it has everything you want from a great South American coffee.  The El Roble farm is very unique in that it has a canopy of shade trees that covers the entire farm.  This combined with a high elevation means the coffee trees have a prolonged development time, and contributes to the complexity and deep sweetness that we love in every cup. We taste a nice tart red cherry up front, followed by a combination of vanilla and dried fruit, then a dark chocolate finish that lingers with you until you take the next sip. We love the balance and harmony of this coffee and are sure it will bring you happiness.
