This coffee is complex , clean and full of unique flavors.  A washed Ecuador from the Pichincha region, this coffee stood out on our cupping table with its interesting flavor profile and perfect balance.  It is not just unique in its flavor but also in its varietal, Sidra.  Across between Bourbon and Typica, this is a rare and sought after varietal.  We taste a lot of citrus up front, delicate lime blossom and jasmine come through in the middle, then deep dried fruit and brown sugar sweetness dominate the finish.  This coffee blew us away and we are excited to share it with you.
