This coffee was one of our favorites from last year, so we brought it back this year….all of it actually.  Grown by Francisca and Oscar Chacon on their farm in the central valley region of Costa Rica, this is an exceptional naturally-processed coffee.  Using a derivative of their popular Perla Negra process, this nano lot coffee is produced using the Alma Negra process, which intensifies the flavors.  Sweet and complex, this coffee is bursting with prominant, yet clean fruit flavors.  With a blueberry aroma, pineapple acidity, and dried-cherry finish, this coffee will leave you smiling.
