Instead of washing all the fruit off the bean, some of the sticky fruit layer is left on while it dries. That’s where the name comes from, and where a lot of the sweetness and body develop!☕️ Our new harvest of Honey Process just arrived and is now pouring and on shelves in shops🤎

11 years ago, on January 31, 2015, we opened the d 11 years ago, on January 31, 2015, we opened the doors of our Chandler shop with 10 bags of coffee Julia and Jeff imported from their family in Brazil, a roaster humming right in the space and a whole lot of hope. Some of you might remember those early days 🤍⁠ ⁠ Since then, we’ve grown from opening our warehouse and production, to growing in Gilbert, and just recently to downtown Phoenix. But at the heart of it, so much has stayed the same. The same family behind the scenes. The same commitment to quality, care, and legacy. The same communities showing up for us, day after day, and allowing us to keep doing what we love.⁠ ⁠ Today, we’re simply taking a quiet moment to pause, reflect, and say thank you for 11 years of connection, coffee, and community.⁠ ⁠ Happy 11 years, Peixoto Coffee 🤍⁠
