Administrative Assistant for eCommerce, Wholesale, and Communications


Hours:  Full Time, Monday-Friday (Approx. 30-40 hours per week).

Compensation: Hourly, Rate $17-21 depending on skills and experience.

Job Duties

  • Responding to phone and web inquiries and directing calls accordingly
  • Retrieving and sorting daily mail
  • Assisting with customer invoicing
  • Creating and documenting processes and procedures
  • Maintaining the ecommerce platform and ecommerce CRM channels and campaigns
  • Performing basic accounting tasks such as managing accounts receivable and sales tax filings
  • Supporting the retail and wholesale operations with miscellaneous administrative tasks and other duties, as needed

  • Familiarity and alignment with the Peixoto Coffee brand
  • Management/leadership mindset
  • Intermediate skill level in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Intermediate skill level in WordPress
  • Bookkeeping and accounting experience
