Description

This coffee is a blend of 2 distinct coffees. The first is fan favorite, Koke Honey. Koke is a honey processed heirloom variety from the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia. Bringing fruity, tropical notes this coffee adds bright acidity and juicy sweetness. The second coffee in this blend is an anaerobic semi-washed coffee from Costa Rica. This coffee is stripped of its fruit but left with the mucilage on while it anaerobically ferments. Once fermentation is complete, its fully washed and dried. This process brings out fruity notes as well with an added complexity that pairs well with the Koke. This blend will make you say “Trick or Treat!”.
