We brew every tea to order using ethically and sustainably sourced whole-leaf teas by @spirittea , coming directly from small producers in Asia. You can have it poured over ice or hot.

When you experience these teas you’ll notice what high-quality specialty teas can taste like. We have black, green, white, or oolong, each with different aromatics, flavor profiles, and tasting notes.

Come find a quiet corner at our shop and try one of these teas. Uplifting for the body, the mind, and the spirit! 💫

Last few days to drink our 2021 GOLDEN latte, made with turmeric, white chocolate (vegan or regular), black pepper. Sweet, spicy, wholesome. Add a shot if you’d like the caffeine boost.

A little behind the scenes and talk on our background process to ensure the quality of our bags of coffee.

Our Tuesdays have been known as the day to stock up on bags of coffee. We have offered our Tuesday incentive - buy a bag, get a free drink- for almost 6 years, and now have a 15% coupon for curbside pick up every week —> use coupon TUESDAYBAG at checkout.

One change we made as our production capacity and facilities grew has been to nitro-flush all our bags of coffee. That’s what you see Nicole, our assistant roaster, doing here.

We use food grade nitrogen to push oxygen out of our bags before sealing them, which means coffee is not exposed to oxygen until the bag is opened. Oxygen is the enemy of roasted coffee and by removing it and replacing with nitrogen the coffee inside the bag stays fresher much longer. We’ve done studies that show that our coffees stay at their peak quality for up to 6 weeks. This extended quality is present in both our retail bags and wholesale bags, another benefit for those who choose to partner with us to take our coffees to their customers.

That said, when you buy a bag in our store or other shops, the coffee is still just a few days off roast so you can enjoy your coffee at home for as long as it takes you to consume, without missing out on quality. Same with our online coffees, when you buy a bag online we roast, pack and ship same day, so you get to decide when you wan to open the bag and start using it.

You never have to worry about stocking up on bags and not being able to enjoy the best quality. Quality is our priority and is present in everything we do!

All our espresso beverages are being made with our Peixoto Gesha this weekend, at no extra charge. Normally Gesha coffees are difficult to come by so they are highly exclusive and pricey. We are determined to make this beautiful coffee experience produced at our own farm accessible to all, for a short while.

Hello everyone, there is an important PSA on our stories regarding our curbside service. If you are an user of our curbside services, please watch it. The alleyway next to our shop will be closed for about 2 weeks for construction. We will continue to accept online orders and deliver them curbside but we are changing our pick up location. If you come to pick up your drinks, please park in one of the 3 curbside spots on AZ Ave, in front of The Stillery (shown in picture).
The phone number to call has been attached to street polls so call us when you park, we will bring your order out to you.

Thank you for staying flexible and patient with us, we are doing all we can to keep both our in-store and curbside service models going. Ain’t no mountain high enough, to keep us from bringing coffee to you! ☕️ 🏔 💪🏽

Yesterday we concluded our Cup of Cheer donations.

Yesterday we concluded our Cup of Cheer donations. Our community’s generosity is a force to be reckoned with, and we are grateful to have been able to represent this force by delivering coffee and treats to those helping our community in this pandemic.

With our customers’ donations we were able to raise $2,000 over a short period of time, which we converted to coffee and pastry donations for 150 volunteers, first responders, the National Guard, and medical staff working the Chandler-Gilbert vaccine site. 750 cups of coffee, 1,000 cups of hot chocolate, 750 pastries were delivered to the volunteers over a 5 day period.

Thank you @dignityhealthaz for allowing us to witness this historic and heroic effort and to play a small role in helping those helping others!

Good bye 2020!

Even though things might not necessarily change with the turn of the calendar page, we have an opportunity to start anew. With every end comes an opportunity for us to find hope and a refocus on our why.

We are proud of what we’ve created in 2020. There was no shortage of challenges and we haven’t been perfect, but we’ve been pushed to do our best. We are more aligned with our why than ever: farming, roasting, and serving our family coffee to our community. The images here show just that.

Thank you all who supported us especially when it was hard to support us.

Thank you to the real heroes of 2020, the medical professionals, hospitals and frontline workers. We see you giving your lives to save others and we are grateful for you!
