Two years ago today we were welcoming our first customers through the door in Gilbert, Arizona and every moment since has been nothing short of magic.

We want to extend the deepest, most heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who has stepped foot in our coffee shop here in Gilbert. We knew in our hearts that this was the right space for us, but we never could have dreamt of the miraculous and overwhelmingly fulfilling connections we have made with all of the customers on this side of town.

Whether you have tasted our coffee just once or happen to be a daily regular, we thank you for supporting our dream and journey. ✨

Thank you to our incredible baristas for being the face and warmth of Peixoto, adopting value and expertise in specialty coffee and designing the experience for everyone who walks in the door.

Thank you to our incredible management team for your commitment to our team and your dedicated leadership. You are a keystone of our story and we cannot thank you enough.

And of course, thank you to all of our behind the scenes team that makes it possible for us to do it all. A big shoutout to our warehouse team, coffee roasters, and BTS people for it all!
