Description
When creating the Boas Festas blend, we had one goal in mind: to create the perfect coffee to enjoy with your loved ones throughout the holidays.
When creating a blend we always think of the flavor profile or experience we want to create first, then work our way back with the coffees we have. The experience we want to emulate for this blend was the feeling of celebrating the holidays with your loved ones. To recreate that experience we wanted coffees that had flavors that reminded us of this season: cranberry sauce, hot cocoa, and holiday cheer!
