Description

Coffee and Romance day go way back to the 17th century. Coffeehouses were known as open, progressive, and casual places for people to come and talk about anything they like. Because of this casual, relaxed environment sought after by intellectuals and the upper class it also became the perfect place to get to know a special someone, which we still see today. Basically, coffee brings people together in many ways and it even helps people fall in love.

This blend is inspired by first love and the fun, sweet experience of it. With sweet, fruity, candy flavors and a hint of magnolia give the feeling of kicking your feet and butterflies in your stomach. This blend of an Ethiopian honey processed coffee, and a Colombian washed coffee bring the perfect blend to, hopefully, find your Soulmate.

Pour from 200 grams to 350 grams, starting at 1:15-1:30 and ending your pour at 1:35-1:50 (7.5 gram per second, pour rate)
