Boa Vista Dark Roast

Bold, dark, and incredibly smooth without the “burnt” taste typically associated with dark roast coffees.  This medium-dark roast showcases what is possible when you start with a high quality specialty coffee and carefully roast it in small batches with intention.  Here we have produced a roast of our signature family coffee that is characteristically dark but uncommonly smooth.  This coffee is sure to please any dark roast coffee drinker or when you’re looking for a little stronger flavor profile in you cup.
